Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine.

Allergen Warning: Contains Milk and Soy. Manufactured on equipment which processes products containing wheat, egg, fish oil, tree nuts and peanut flavor.

Directions: Mix approx. 3/4 scoop into 6oz to 8oz of water until dissolved. Substitute nonfat milk for a smoother, thicker, creamier shake, or use the beverage of your choice.
